Sardaleasing is a joint stock company established in 1978 with the aim of offering the best financial solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises for production investments. Sardaleasing provides its Customers services and consultancy to solve any legal, accounting or technical problems related to financial leasing.
Sardaleasing’s operations comprise all types of leasing, from capital goods to industrial vehicles to real estate (built and to be built), leasing of automobiles and commercial vehicles, and leasing for private individuals interested in purchasing sportscraft.
The services offered in the nautical sector also include accessory financial solutions: a "Nautical Loan", which assists persons intending to replace their vessels by leasing a new one in selling their old crafts, by providing a loan allowing the purchaser to obtain up to 70% of the value of the vessel; leasing of the mooring place, to provide the leased vessel with an exclusive berth for the entire duration of the state concession.
In addition, Sardaleasing offers business leasing, mainly targeted to the distribution sector, accompanied by an "Associated Loan" which provides, for assets which cannot be leased under financial lease, coverage of the entire investment, i.e., a "turnkey" solution.
Sardaleasing, the founding member of the Italian Leasing Association - ASSILEA, is part of the sub-holding Banco di Sardegna: this ensures widespread coverage over the island, through the over 400 branches of Banco di Sardegna and Banca di Sassari, which provide the company products and services.
Being part of the Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna Group, Banco di Sardegna could expand the geographical coverage of its distribution network to the peninsula, thanks to special agreements signed with the Parent Company and with all the banks in the BPER Group, to specifically market products and services related to the nautical sector.
